Porting Montreal or Edmonton's Field notification App to Vancouver
Montreal has a hockey rink app that notifies users of the location and status of outdoor hockey rinks in the winter, Edmonton has a parks field notification app, it would be great to see if we could adapt their scrappers or build our own to do a similar app for Vancouver's field status.
City council Minutes Scrapper
City Council meetings, agendas, motions, etc... are all in PDF. Maybe we can devise a scraper that will work?
