Organizers

The event is organized roughly a year after GeoDataCamp 2010, so it is fine time to reflect on how we progressed these 12 months, and where to focus in the year to come. Many things have changed in Greece: two new laws safeguarding open access to public sector information, more published open data, and an ever growing community of volunteers.

We expect a good turnout from public authorities and hopefully formal announcements for more open data!

Ireland

Dublin / Fingal

Participants:

We are organising this event as part of our #apps4fingal competition which runs from 9th November, 2011 to 9th January, 2012. Participants will be facilitated in forming teams and developing their entries for the competition.

Please edit this if you are getting together for this event, and kindly leave a note on the MAKE.OPENDATA.CH forum thread. One of my friends recommended me to order writingon EssaysProfessors.Com. To tell you the truth, I have never regretted my decision. The writers are real professionals and know how to write impressive work full of knowledgeable information.

Join the Open Knowledge Foundation and CKAN at the Barbican as they assemble a 'crack-team' of coders to break data out of its internet prisons and load it into The Data Hub. For details about the event, see blog post here, and to join sign up on the event's Meetup page or by filling out the event's Google form. To keep up online, participants will be on IRC at freenode/ #okfn and will also be using the hashtags #seizedata and #odhdLDN on Twitter. All journalists, data scrapers, coders and #opendata enthusiasts are welcome to join.
